6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User shall:

6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide their personal data necessary for the use of the www.iands.ru website and consent to its processing.

6.1.2. Update, add to the provided information about personal data in case of change of this information.

6.1.3. The User shall be entitled to receive from the Administration information concerning the processing of their personal data, unless such right is limited in accordance with federal laws. 6.2. The Administration shall:

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential data is kept secret, is not disclosed without User’s prior written permission and shall not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the transferred User’s personal data, with the exception of clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the privacy of the User's personal data according to the procedure usually used to protect such information in current business transaction.

6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of User’s or their legal representative or authorized body’s application or request for protection of rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of false personal data or illegal actions.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Administration, which has failed to fulfill its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases stipulated in Clause 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Had become public property before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Had been received from a third party before being received by the Resource Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

7.3. The User shall be fully responsible for compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, the laws on advertising, on protection of copyright and related rights, on protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.

7.4. The User acknowledges that any information (including, but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) to which they can have access as part of the www.iands.ru website is the responsibility of the person providing such information.

7.5. The User agrees that the information provided to them as a part of the www.iands.ru website may be the subject of intellectual property and its rights are protected and may belong to the other Users, partners or advertisers that post such information on the www.iands.ru website. 8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Prior to filing a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (written proposal or proposal in electronic form for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. Within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the claim, the claimant shall be notified in writing or electronically of the outcome of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional Terms

9.1. The Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy will take effect from the moment of being posted on the www.iands.ru website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
